  • Workshops and executive briefings: Cancellations made at least 7 business days before the scheduled event qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 business days may be applied as credit toward a future engagement.
  • Private coaching: Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.
  • Advisory retainers: Either party may terminate a retainer engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.

5.3 Promotions and Discounts

Early bird pricing, group discounts, and other promotional offers are valid only during the specified promotion period and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marin County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
